Jicama, Orange, Cucumber Salad

This is a fresh, colorful, QUICK salad. Squeeze lime on it and sprinkle with salt and chili powder just before you eat it. Mmmmmm. Easy to keep chilled, not bad at room temperature!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Jicama
1 large orange
1 cucumber
1 lime
Salt
Chili powder
DIRECTIONS
Cut the jicama, the orange, and the cucumber into bite-sized cubes and mix together.


Just before serving, squeeze fresh lime over the mixture and a dash of salt and chili powder.
