Whole Garam masala – black pepper , mace , green cardamom, black cardamom, Cinnamon stick, and bay leaves-12 gm

Kasmiri chilli Powder – 9 gm ( Imp to get nice colour because Saturday meal we used to have in open space rooftop with all family and bit late as lunch)

Fresh Tomato paste – 525gm

Suchain Pepper powder- 7 gm

Garnish with fresh coriandar leaves
