LEFTOVER POULTRY DELIGHT

I always make this a few days after Thanksgiving with the leftover turkey.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 slices Thomas corn toasting bread
1/2 cups leftover chichen or turkey, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
DIRECTIONS
1.preheat oven broiler 2.toast corn bread lightly in toaster 3.butter toast and place on broiler tray 4. distribute chicken over four slices of toast 5. divide cheddar cheese over chicken pieces. place cranberry sauce in small sauce pan to melt 6. while sauce is melting broil open face sandwiches until just lightly golden 7. place two slices on each plate and drizzle sauce over chicken and cheddar.
