Leftover Pulled Pork & Potato, Corn Hash Eggroll

  10 Egg-rolls
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Pulled Pork, Diced Fried Potatoes, Corn, Spring Roll Pastry, Seasoning, BBQ Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Using 2oz or 1/4 cup scoops, Put 4 parts leftover pulled pork, 4 parts diced fried potatoes, and 3 parts sweet kernel corn (drained)into medium sized bowl


Mix together fork


Scoop 2oz or 1/4 Cup of the Egg-roll mixture onto the spring roll pastry and roll into egg-roll form (might help to find instructions on how to roll these)


Place in 375 degree oil in a pan deep enough to cover 90% of the egg-roll until golden brown all around


Makes 10 egg-rolls
