Liam's Lithuanian Brownies

This brownie I adapted to give a rich brown colour, and to make it taste fantastic. Inspired by a recipe I picked up in Lithuania, I eventually changed it bit by bit till I got this fantastic brownie.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
BROWNIE INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (2oz) Margarin,
1/4 cup (2oz) Lard,
1/2 cup (4oz) Castor Sugar,
2             Eggs, beaten,
1/2 cup (3oz) Self-Raising Flour,
1 1/4 cups    Cocoa,
1/2 cup (125 mils) Double Cream,
2 tsps        Vanilla Extract
ICING INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup (3oz) Icing Sugar,
1/8 cup (1oz) Lard,
1/8 cup (1oz) Margarin,
1 cup   (6oz) Cocoa,
1 cup (250mils) Double Cream
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 (Gas Reg 4), Grease e line an 11' x 7' square Swiss roll tray. Cream Fats and sugar together, add axtract, and pre-beaten eggs gradually. Sift in the flour e cocoa into the creamed mixture. Mix in cream and mix for 10 minutes. Bake for 30-40 mins.


To FINISH beat margarine, lard and sugar together. add the cocoa. Beat together. Finally, gradually add in the cream, ixing continuously, and beat for 5 minutes. Spread over the top of the brownie.
