Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lime zest, grated
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Whisk together thoroughly and serve over your favorite salad.
