This is a simple dish that even children like. The wine can't be tasted, it merely gives a wonderful flavor to the soup, chicken and potatoes.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Mushroom Soup (a couple of cans or more if you want more
gravy than two cans will give you)
Wine ( enough red or white to mix into soup and give you the gravy you desire)
Cut up fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms
Kitchen Bouquet (for gravy coloring)
Potatoes (as many as you want)
Chicken (whole one cut up or just legs, thighs, etc.)
Dutch oven
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350

Put mushroom soup, wine, mushrooms and kitchen boquet into a dutch oven and stir to make the gravy.

Add chicken and peeled potatoes that have been cut up.

Put lid on.

Cook until potatoes are tender and chicken will be done too.

Serve chicken and potatoes and ladel mushroom gravy over

the top.

Simply delish!!!
