Fabulously Hot & Spicey Sauce for wings or sea food.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Hot Sauce (Tabasco)- 1/4 cup
water - 1 cup
soy sauce - 1/8 cup
butter - 2 to 4 pats
ketchup 2 TO 4 table spoons
spicy mustard 1 TO 2 table spoons
black pepper - 1 tea spoon
Worchester sauce 1 1/2 tea spoons - may be added for pork or beef dishes. Should be added with soy sauce.
DIRECTIONS
Bring water to a boil. Add hot sauce and lower heat to simmer. Then add butter, soy sauce, ketchup and mustard stirring until butter is melted. Then add black pepper. Must Simmer for 15 minutes. Check continuously stir occasionally.
