Marie's Mac-N-Cheese Special

A new and spicy twist on an old favorite!
1 16 oz. package of medium elbow macaroni
2 10 3/4 oz. cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Condensed Soup
1 1/2 cups of crumbled bacon
1 tsp. of Tapatio (more or less to your liking)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of chicken flavored stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni, stirring occasionally, until just tender. Drain.

Add both cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup to the drained macaroni, mixing well, until all of the noodles have been evenly coated.

Mix in Tapatio, seasoned salt, and crumbled bacon in that order.

Continue stirring the noodles until all ingredients are well mixed.

Transfer this mixture into a 3 quart glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread noodles evenly into the glass dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the noodles, then top with the bread crumbs from the stuffing mix.

Place dish, uncovered, on the center rack of the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and let cool for several minutes before serving.
