This cubed pork recipe will be a main dish for what ever meal you choose from serving with pasta to salad to having it as a staple. The pork is juicy and has a distinct taste of its own. You will be sure to enjoy. Bon Appetit
Pork Cubed approx I inch
Double the amount of Onions as Meat
Salt and Pepper approx 1 Teap of each for 2 lbs of Meat
2 Garlic Cloves for every 2 lbs of meat
Large Tupperware Container
Cube all Pork

Place one layer of onions on the bottom of Tupperware container. Then one layer of cubed pork, another layer

of onions and then another layer of pork. Between Each layer sprinkle salt, pepper and crushed garlic. When you have finished layering the pork have your last layer with

onions. Seal the container so it is air tight. Flip the container once a day for 4 days meaning upside down every other day. When you are at the day 5 then take all the

meat out of the container and barbeque with scewers or just plain. I do not save the onions but if you wish they may be fried for a topping. Enjoy your tender juicy barbequed pork cubes. This is a recipe to remember.
