Matt's Grilled Cheese Sliders
Irish (mild or sharp) Cheddar
Baby Swiss Cheese
Sourdough Bread (or a hearty white) 6 standard size pieces
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Can Tomato Soup (Standard/Normal Can of Soup)
Baby Spinach
Salt & Pepper
1.) Cut circles into each bread with top edge of soup can so you have 6 halves for 3 sliders?

2.) Heat soup up as dipping sauce?

3.) Butter each side of bread circle ?

4.) Use swiss and/or cheddar in between each sandwich (according to taste preference) place thin slices on top of each half (in pan, butter side down) then place top piece on each, butter side up. Do not press down with spatula, let cheese melt

?5.) Cook sandwiches on non stick flat pan, medium heat, both sides till golden brown and cheese is melted?

6.) Make a small spinach salad, season with lemon and salt+pepper, use as garnish or side salad?

7.) Pour hot tomato soup into sauce container or small bowl, season

?8. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, use a toothpick to garnish the cherry tomatoes on top of each slider, 1 or 2 is ideal per slider.?

9. Enjoy!
