Megan's Pasta Salad

I created this recipe when I was about twelve years old. At that time, I never had pasta salad before and saw it on tv, so I decided to give it ago. I have adapted the recipe a little bit since then, but for the most part, it is still the same.
1 Carrot (shredded)
2 Celery stalks (chopped)
½ Onion (very finely chopped)
½ Cup peas
1 Red pepper (chopped)
1 Green pepper (chopped)
1 Yellow pepper (chopped)
½ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾- 1 Cup mayonnaise (use enough to evenly coat salad)
¼ Cup creamy dressing (Thousand Island, French)
1 Tbsp sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tsp paprika
1 Box bowtie pasta
1 Tbsp olive oil
Boil pasta according to directions until al dente. Rinse pasta in ice cold water to cool off immediately. Toss pasta with olive oil.

As pasta is cooking, mix together mayonnaise, dressing, sugar, salt, pepper and paprika. Add the vegetables and toss until everything is well mixed.

Slowly add pasta to vegetable mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
