Mexi-Chicken White Chili

Quick and easy Crock Pot meal
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 can (14 to 16oz) Corn Drained
1 can (14 to 16oz) Black Beans
1 16oz. Jar Medium or Hot Salsa (depending on taste)
2 8oz. Blocks Cream Cheese
Chopped Green Onion
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a crock pot, add the first 4 ingredients.


Cover on low 8 hours.


After 8 hours, remove breast and shread. Return to crock pot and add the 2 blocks of cream cheese. Cover and continue on low for another 1/2 hours.


Serve in a bowl like chili.


Serve over rice.


Serve in warmed tortillas with rice.


Top all with your choice of toppings.
