1 envelope taco seasoning
4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Mexicali Pork Chops Recipe at
Rub taco seasoning over pork chops.

In a skillet, cook chops in oil over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 9 minutes. Serve with salsa.

I like'd this. My wife on the other hand, did not. She never has been a lover of pork. I think that was it. This could be considered a good bachlor's meal. That is, simple & easy to fix, yet tasty!! If you like pork and mexcian flare, give it a try.
