Mexican Ole Corn!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Corn - 1 lb Frozen or 6 ears
Butter - 1/2 stick
Kraft Mayo - 1 cup
Cotiya Cheese - finely shredded
chili d'arbol chili powder - to taste
cumin - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
Cook corn - drain water, then add butter and mayo till melted then add cheese, chili powder and cumin. Enjoy!


If using eared corn take and coat ears with butter first, then mayo, then roll in cheese and sprinkle chili powder and cumin.
