Graet use for leftover chili
2 cups leftiver chili or 2 cans(15 oz) canned chili
6 small flour or corn tortillas
1 large can refried beans
1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
Sour cream for garnish
Prepare an 8x10 baking pan or casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove refried beans from can and heat in microwave for only 1-2 minutes, just to make them easier to spread. Place 2 overlapping tortillas in bottom of pan, layer with 1/3 refried beans, 1/3 chili and 1/3 chees. Repeat for two more layers. Put casserole dish in oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbly and brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sour crean and/ or avacaodo slices.

Hard to Get Past the Mistakes in the Recipe
Haven't tried it, but it sounds ok. However, it doesn't say how many servings it makes (8 x 10 pan? Maybe 4 if 2 don't eat) and the misspellings do not inspire confidence in the recipe.
