The inclusion of mashed potato makes the stuffing very moist and very rich - my Mother in Law Milly finally gave me her secret to the stuffing my husband loves.
1 cup cold mashed potatoes made with cream & butter
4 cups day old bread cubes, sprinkled with 2 TBSP. Stuffing Seasoning (Bell's)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup each chopped fine celery, onion
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley or 2 TBSP. dry
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
Make mashed potatoes the day before and chill 1 cup.

Sprinkle dry bread crumbs with Bell's and set aside

Melt butter and saute onions and celery until limp,remove from heat, add parsley, rosemary, salt & pepper, chicken broth and mashed potatoes. Mush all together with your hands and set aside until cool before stuffing the turkey.
