A delicious appetizer that's quick and easy to make.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) fresh, cooked or chopped imitation crabmeat
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell Shrimp Sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
40 round tortilla chips
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese

DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler.


Combine crabmeat, cucumber, Crosse & Blackwell Shrimp Sauce, green onions, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and pepper in a mixing bowl; mix well.


Place chips on ungreased baking sheets. Spoon crab mxiture evenly onto chips; sprinkle evenly with cheese.


Broil until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
