Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll both cans of the dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.

Place sausage on shortest side of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

great mini kolaches
You can get 35 out of one pkg of crescent rolls if you roll out the dough after taking it from the package. Cut strips of dough with a pizza cutter (strips need to be 1/4 inch narrower than the cocktail wieners). Wrap just enough dough around each to seal the edges. Put them on a tray in the freezer for a couple hours; Put the frozen ones in a freezer bag; have them for snacks or Sunday brunch. Will keep for several weeks. Just take out as many as you like and bake them at 375 for 13 minutes
