Mississippi Mud Cake

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp cocoa
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup flaked coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Cream two sticks of butter with 2 cups of sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well after each addition. Bake in a 9 x 12 inch grreased and floured pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.


Frosting:


1 jar marshmallow cream


1/2 cup evaporated milk


1 box powdered sugar


1/3 cup cocoa


1 tsp vanilla


1 stick butter


While the cake is still warm spread with marshmallow cream. Ice the cake with the mixture of the remaining ingredients.
