For  Salad:
12 oz. mixed lettuce leaves, such as mignonette, butter lettuce, green oakleaf, spinach, arugula, and radicchio, washed and dried.
For Dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Mixed Leaf Salad Recipe at
Combine all salad leaves in a large serving bowl. Tear any larger leaves into pieces of a manageable size.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add salt and freshly ground salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad, toss thoroughly and serve immediately.
