1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
1 cup thinlysliced carrots
1 sliced capsicum
1 cup thi ly sliced cabbage
Pam spray
Salsa
Or
1 tbs soy
1 tbs vinegar
Or
1 lemon juice
1/2 cup cilantro
1 chopped green chii
Or
Your favorite salad dressing
Or
1/2 tsp cumin
Or
1/2 tsp garam masala
Or
Yogurt raita
Note:
You may add 1 cup cooked chicken pieces
Or prawns.
DIRECTIONS
Just spray the wok and stir fry all veggies.
