Mock Beef Rouladen

Love rouladen but don't have the time to make it? This recipe has all the flavor and is a quick easy recipe. A tender cut of beef like ribeye is used to make it a quick dish!
1 lb. of ribeye beef, cut into small chunks
5 strips of bacon, cut in squares
3 tablespoons of yellow mustard
1 package of powdered brown gravy like McCormicks
1 1/2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of DILL relish (not sweet!)
Saute squares of bacon in a stock pot. Add ribeye chunks and stir until evenly browned and bacon begins to crisp. Add mustard and stir in. Add water and package of gravy. Stir. Add DILL relish. Cook on high until mixture begins to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low for 30 minutes. Serve with egg noodles or spaetzle.
