this is a slow-cooker recipe which will easily serve a family with left-overs or a small group of people. it's easy, tasty and can be started in the morning and ready when you are to eat.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1-1/2lb. sirloin tip steak (or any other tender steak)
1 pack   onion soup mix
1 can    mushroom soup
1 can    beef bouilion
1 can    green beans (drained)
2        bell peppers-sliced (green,red or yellow)
cornstarch/water mix to thicken
rice
DIRECTIONS
simmer steak, soup mix, mushroom soup, bouilion on medium for 4hours in slowcooker


add green beans and bell peppers simmer another hour


thicken mix with cornstarch/water mix (mix 2tbls cornstarch with 2 to 3 tbls warm water stir til disolved)


you want the dish to be thicker but still a bit soupy


serve over rice
