Mom's Oriental Chicken

Mom's Oriental Chicken is a tasty casserole that's crunchy and satifying. A quick lettuce salad is perfect with it for a complete, easy meal. Most ingredients are available in your frig and pantry. Fussy kids love it too.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups diagonally cut celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 Tblsp. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar of pimento, chopped
1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
DIRECTIONS
Stir together all of the ingredients except the chow mein noodles.


Spoon into oil-sprayed 9x13' baking dish.


Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.


Removed and top evenly with the noodles.


Bake 5 minutes more or until casserole bubbles.


Allow to stand 10 minutes, then serve.
