Mom's Rhubarb Pie

Total Time:  1 Hour 30 Minutes
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 quart cut up rhubarb
9 inch pie pan
2 rolled out pie dough unbaked
Mix
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups sugar
2 well beaten eggs
DIRECTIONS
Place one pie crust in pie pan unbaked


put the cut up rhubarb on pie shell


Pour the flour, sugar, egg mixture over the rhubarb.


Put on the top pie crust unbaked


Bake 350 degrees for one hour


Juice willn't run over and bottom crust not soggy
