RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Mostaccioli pasta
2 green bell peppers, cubed
3 cucumbers, seeded and cubed
1 lg. onion, diced
1 to 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3 stalks celery, diced
1 can sliced black olives
1 pckg. radishes, optional
1/2 lb. cubed ham, optional
1 zucchini, cubed
1/2 lb. hard cheese, cubed
12 oz. Italian dressing
4 oz. Ranch dressing
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. Set in refrigerator and marinate for about 4 to 5 hours. Toss occasionally. Just before serving add the tomatoes.


This makes an extra large salad. Ideal for large gatherings.


Yields about 18 to 20 servings.
