  4 sandwiches
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 pound fresh white mushrooms, chopped (about 6 cups)
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) Sloppy Joe sauce
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
In a large skillet (preferably nonstick), heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until browned and liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Cook mushroom mixture until thick, about 3 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the mushroom mixture onto the bottom of each bun; place remaining bun half on top.

Not a recipe
This isn't a recipe, all it is, is adding mushrooms to sloppy joe sauce. I guess it is good for quick meal cooks, but it would taste much better if you make your own sauce, which would be the "recipe" part that is missing.
