Mutts Potato Salad

This was my father in Laws favorite dish. He bragged to everyone about how good it was before he passed away. He would not eat anyone elses potatoe salad. He said other ones just didnt measure up. If this recipe is followed exactly you will love it to.
5 Pounds Small Red Potatoes
1 Large Bag or 1 Bunch Fresh Radishes
Green Onions (as many as you wish)
3 cups Miracle Whip
6 Medium Eggs
Boil Potatoes until very soft but not mushy.

Drain. Let cool completely. There can be no warmth or the potatoes will sweat when you mix them.

Cut to bite size peices into large bowl.

Slice radishes and green onions into very small peices on top of potatoes.

Mix with miracle whip until well mixed.

Slice eggs around the sides of bowl. Do not mix in.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Let cool covered in fridge for 2 hours.

Serve and enjoy.
