My New Hamburger

I just thought of this recipe so I made it in my cast-iron skillet tonight for dinner
2 Hamburg Patties    Recado Rojo and seasonings
2Tablespoons of Achiote paste-Achiote Condimentado-Annato
1teaspoon oregano-Mexican Oregano
1teaspoon cumin 1teaspoon cloves,1teaspoon cinnamon
1teaspoon black pepper,1teaspoon allspice,
1teaspoon garlic powder,1teaspoon salt,2tablespoons of
white vingar.
2slices of cheese.
2 hamburger rolls
Frenchs mustard
Hunts ketchup
Hellmans mayonnaise with olive oil
Make two hamburg patties,then take two teaspoons of the

achiote seasoning mix,put in a small bowl with two of the

teaspoons of the white vinegar and mash into a paste,then

spread it on one side of the hamburg patties and put in a

fry pan or on the grill,with the season side in the fry

pan,or grill,and while the bottom starts to cook,put the

seasoning on the top,and cook to desired doness,turn over

cook second side,when done add the cheese and put on hamburg buns with mayonnaise on top lid,ketchup and mustard on bottom,Onions first on the bottom,then the

hamburger with cheese.Tomato,lettuce,and it's your's.
