Active Time:  35 Minutes
Total Time:  1 Hour
  6 Servings
1 package (16 oz) bacon.
1 cup of cooking ham.
1 cup cut sausages.
1/2 cup onions.
1/2 red peppers.
1 can (15 oz)black beans (or if preffered boil your own
black beans.
2 packages of sazon (food coloring)
3 cups of long grain rice.
5 cups of water.
Salt to taste.
Cut bacon, ham, sausages, onion and red peppers and separate in different bowls. If you are in a rush you can use 1 can of black beans or boil your own. In a medium or large rice pot over medium heat on stove top. Cook bacon, ham sausages until somewhat crunchy. Add onions, peppers, sazon, rice ,water and salt to taste (I usually taste the water mixture and make sure it is a little over the salt, not to much). I cover it and let it boil. Once it boils change the tempature to low heat. Wait until the water disolves completely(you can check by taking a fork and make sure it has no liquid in the middle). Mix all ingredients and cover again. Wait 15 to 20 minutes and mix again, then cover. After 10 to 15 minutes check on the rice and it should be cooked.

Serve with any meat and tomato spinach salad.
