Nigerian hot red stew

My Nigerian friend taught me to make this. I use this to spice up and add flavor any bland food. Hope you love making this as much as I do!
one med onion
one red bell pepper/capsicum
4-8 habanero peppers (depending on how hot you want the        sauce to be)
10 gloves of garlic
2 vegetarian bouillon cubes
1 tsp curry powder and thyme.
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add cut up onions, garlic, red bell peppers and habanero peppers. Habanero peppers are known to be extremely HOT! saute all the ingredients until they are soft. Add the bouillon cubes. Cook until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Puree the mixture. Put the mixture in sauce pan again and add 2 cans of tomato paste. You may need to add more oil to prevent from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook on low heat 10-15 mins to let all the ingredients come together.

This sauce/stew can be used to season any dish or as a dip! Tastes yummy with Fish and Plantain chips!
