No-Fail tender Ribs

No Fail Ribs
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 rack of pork ribs or more, depending on size of group
1 turkey roasting bag
1/2 bottle of Kraft regular bbq sauce
1T worchestershire sauce
1/2 lemon
1/2 c ketchup
DIRECTIONS
salt and pepper the rack of ribs, place into the turkey bag and place on a cookie sheet. Add 1 tsp water to turkey bag, twist shut and poke hole in top. Bake at 325 for approx 2 hrs until you can press apart 2 ribs with simply pressing your finger between the bones. You can proceed to the grill or put into fridge at this point to wait for guests, that is what is great about this!


When ready to grill...place the rack onto your grill and heat through, top with the bbq sauce. Only takes 5 minutes to heat up.


For the sauce, in a bowl place about 1/2 bottle of Kraft BBQ sauce, the 1/2 c ketchup, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce. We use the ketchup to "cut" the bbq taste a bit.


Remember, to warm the ribs first, then add the sauce right at the end, or you will have burnt ribs.


The turkey bag works every time and you will never again have those tough rubbery ribs!
