Noodles in Butter Sauce

Makes 4 servings


  • 1/2 pound broad noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


In a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook the noodles for 7 minutes or until tender.

Drain the noodles and return them to the saucepan. Add the butter and toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
