Its an italian recipe that i combined when I was in italy vacationing in 2002 and I didn't want to spend much time cooking.Every one enjoyed it and i have been using it ever since.
4 pieces of chicken (any kind)
1/2 cup of flour
1Tb of extra -virgin oil
1 small onion chopped
2 Tb of wine(red or white)
1Tb of fresh parsley chopped or 1 tsp dried
1 can of chopped tomatoes

Coat the chicken in flour, mix with salt ,pepper and paprika..Turn the chicken a few times until nice and brown,(an the mean time soak the mushrooms in a cup full of hot water), add onions five minutes until soft.Pour in wine cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently until wine eveporated. Add tomatoes, stir until smooth, simmer 5 minutes.Add the mushrooms,(after they are squeezed from water), 1/2 cup of chicken broth and sliced potatoes.
