Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Bacon
Serves: 4 to 5
This simple side dish is perfect for holiday tables or dinner year-round.
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons Wild Oats Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 strips Wild Oats Bacon, cooked to crispy, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place Brussels sprouts on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes (turning once), or until tender and golden brown. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl, stir in bacon and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.
