This simple, 5-ingredient side dish is perfect for holiday tables or dinner year-round.
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoon Wild Oats Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 strips Wild Oats Bacon, cooked to crispy and crumbled
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Bacon Recipe at
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place brussels sprouts on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes (turning once), or until tender and golden brown. Place brussels sprouts in a bowl, stir in bacon and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Great recipe, easy to make. Never liked brussels sprouts. Came out as per pericpe very good. We wll start using them in our menues.
