oven-roasted hash browns with onions
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 medium or large potatoes (your favorite brand)
1/3 cup of cooking oil (your special choice)
season salt
onion powder
pepper
garlic powder
2 medium onion
Preheat oven to 350 or 375
This depends on your oven heating temperature
DIRECTIONS
Wash potatoes and onions than cut both into squares. You can prepare potatoes with or without skin. Put potatoes and onions on large cookie sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil. Add oil and seasoning to potatoes and onions and distribute evenly. Put in oven let bake for 45-50 minutes or until crispy golden brown.
