Oven Sour Cream Corn

Easy - Easy - Easy!!! This is a great dish for a covered dish at church or gathering!! Even children like this one (if you don't tell them what is in it!!) It is always a big hit with the crowd. It is also very easy to reduce or increase yield!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter/margerine
1 medium white onion/chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn - drained
1 small container of sour cream
1 small can chopped black olives - drained
DIRECTIONS
350 degree oven


Melt the stick of butter/margerine in a 9x13 pyrex glass pan in the oven.


Add chopped onion and leave in oven until sauteed


Stir in corn, sour cream and olives.


Leave in oven 45 minutes or until bubbly....you can figure this out.
