Overnight Egg dish

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
9 x 13 Pyrex dish
1/2 stick butter-melted
8 slices white bread (crusts removed)
1 1/2 lbs Jimmy Dean spicy sausage
8 oz can chopped green chilies
8 oz grated Colby cheese
2 tsp dry mustard
2 cups milk
6 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
Fry and drain pork sausage


Butter the bottom of the baking dish


Cover the bottom of the baking dish with the bread slices


Layer 1/2 sausage, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 chili's - then layer the remaining 1/2 of each ingredient


Beat eggs, add milk, mustard and pour the mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish


Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight


Bake in 325 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes


Place a cookie sheet under the dish while in the oven to catch any overflow.
