Oysters with Lemon Vinaigrette

Serves 3 as an appetizer


  • 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 36 oysters, shucked


Combine oil,lemon juice, mustard and sugar in a jar. Shake well and serve with oysters.
