Pasta Fresca

Cut the chicken and cook until done in a sauce pan, set aside.

In a sauce pan cook the tomatoes & galic until tender, smash to make a sauce. Place the sauce in a microwave safe container. Add the uncooked pasta, broth & wine. Cook in the microwave for 20-30 min on high or until the paste is al dente.

Add the cooked chicken, and cook for 5 minutes.

remove from microwave and add the basil(cut in small pieces).Add half of the cheese, fold together. Garnish with the rest of the cheese and basil.
