Quick and easy pastrami roll-ups from Yelton Manor Bed & Breakfast in South Haven, MI, a BnBFinder.com featured inn.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup prepared, yellow mustard
30 slices pastrami
DIRECTIONS
Combine the swiss cheese and the sauerkraut.


Spread a thin layer of mustard on each pastrami slice.


Put a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture on each slice of pastrami.


Roll the meat tightly and skewer it through the center with a cellophane tipped party toothpick.


Refrigerate until serving.
