Celebrate the Red, White & Blue with this simple and fresh summer dessert.
- 1/4 cup Smucker’s squeeze strawberry fruit spread or squeeze grape jelly
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries
- 4 prepared shortcakes (sponge cakes)
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Combine fruit spread or jelly with fruit in small bowl.
Top each sponge cake with 1 tablespoon yogurt; mound about 2 tablespoons of fruit mixture in the center of the yogurt. Garnish with an American flag pick, if desired.
