OPA... Fantastic Lamb burgers!
3Lb ground lamb
1TB minced parsley
1TB minced Garlic
1-2tsps salt
1-2tsps white pepper
1TB crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp tyme
1/2 oregano
1-2TBS Lemon Juice
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup oil oil
Pita shells
2 cups Greek Yogart Plain
1 to 2 TBS oil oil
2 TBS lemon Juice
DILL chopped fine or use 1 TBS dry
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
3 cucumbers
Tomato sliced. Optional
Onion sliced. Optional
Mix all like you are preparing a meat loaf.. except make into a indiviual flat patty.. the size of your hand.

Grill patties until well done.. I like my lamb a little pink on the inside..

Meanwhile melt butter and then brown the pita bread on each side until it is golden..

Place the cooked patty on the pita. Lather it with the (refrigerated) Yogart sauce: (Mix all of the above ingredients; cut the cucumbers in 1/2; seed them, lightly salt them and cover with paper towel. set aside. Replace the towel You want the water to come out of the cucumber as much as possible. Then chop the cumcumbers finely; well and refrigerate)
