RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon  sugar
1/4 teaspoon  cinnamon
1 tablespoon  "natural" peanut butter
1   whole-wheat English muffin, toasted
DIRECTIONS
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread peanut butter on English muffin. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
