Peanut Dipping Sauce

Yields approximately 3 cups

Great dipping sauce for Beef Satay or Thai Ribbons.


  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar


Place the all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.
