Pepperoni Rolls

The first serving platter to empty.
2 Pk. Frozen White Bread Dough, Room Temp.
1/4 lb. grated Mozzerella Cheese
1/4 lb. grated Provolone Cheese
1/2 C. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 lb Sandwich Pepperoni, sliced very thin
Cut bread dough in half. Oil hands and jelly roll pan. Take each 1/2 loaf and stretch to size of jelly roll pan. Lay out the pepperoni slices so they touch. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll the widest side onto itself like a long jelly roll. Transfer to new jelly roll pan and place on one half, seam side down. Continue with next three hunks of dough. Bake, two at a time, at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes, depending on oven. Rolls are done when golden brown. Remove and cool. Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil. Can be frozen for months. Either serve while warm or remove from foil, leave in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes, turning once then remove plastic. Slice on the diagonal, 1" thick.
