Pineapple Sour Cream Nut Bread

A family favorite during the holidays!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 c. flour
2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking soda
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. walnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Mix wet ingredients then add the blended dry ingredients, mix well. Turn into well greased loaf pans (*2 large or 6 small pans) bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350. Easily doubled for gift giving. We drizzle with a thin glaze of powdered sugar mixed with a bit of milk and vanilla. Yummy!
