Pineapple Stuffing

Such a sweet twist on a holiday favorite, this is a great side dish for ham. I also like to serve it warm with a dollop of whipped cream as a dessert. Can easily be doubled and baked in a 13x9 pan.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
7 slices stale(not dry)white bread, cubed
1 - 22 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 t. cinnamon, optional
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter and sugar.


Add eggs and cinnamon, mixing well.


Fold in pineapple and bread cubes.


Spread evenly in a greased 7x10 baking dish or 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.


Bake


350 degrees for 30 minutes.
