Pork Chops With Orange Marmalade and Onions

Excellent served with White Rice and Salad.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 Pork Chops seasoned with Salt and Pepper
2 Tbls. Olive Oil (save one for later)
1 Onion Finely Sliced
3/4 Cup Orange Marmalade
2 Tbls. "Ketchup"
1 Tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Chile Powder
DIRECTIONS
In frying pan heat 1 Tbls. Olive Oil, add pork chops and cook 1 or 2 minutes on each side.


Remove set aside.


In a bowl mix the Orange Marmalade, Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce and Chile Powder.


Add the remaining Tbls. of Olive Oil to frying pan.


Put Onion in the frying pan cook turning until they soften some about 2 minutes.


Bring Pork Chops back to pan.


Add the sauce from the bowl and cook until the sauce thickens and the pork chops are done.


Serves 4
